**Cancellation Policy**
- Cancellations requested by email within 24 hours of order placement (if before shipment) will be accepted but subject to a 5% refund deduction for service fees for all transactions paid with a credit card in addition to a cancellation charge of $50 for orders less than $1000 and $100 for orders greater than $1000 (which will be deducted from any refunds).
- Cancellations requested after 24 hours from submission are subject to 12% order cancellation fee that includes any associated CC processing fee, which will be deducted from any refund.
- Cancellations after shipment are not permitted.
