Header Features

• Primary Tubes: 1 7/8 inches in diameter for optimal flow and power gains.
• Flange: 3/8-inch thick flange for a durable, leak-free connection to the cylinder head.
• Collector: 3-inch collector with an 8-degree merge angle (+/-1 degree) to improve exhaust scavenging and efficiency.
• Material: Constructed from 304 stainless steel (304SS) for outstanding corrosion resistance and durability.
• Catted X-Pipe: 3-inch high-flow catted X-pipe to balance exhaust flow, emissions compatibility, and aggressive sound.
  
• Extras: Includes exhaust gaskets, 2x Front O2 extension harnesses and 2x rear O2 block off plugs.

Non-Valved Axleback System Features

• Consistent Exhaust Note: Non-valved design delivers a bold, powerful exhaust sound without adjustable settings, providing a steady, aggressive tone at all times.
• Construction: Gas TIG arc-welded 3” mandrel-bent 304 stainless steel (304SS) tubing for strength and longevity.
• Hangers: Barbed 304SS hangers for secure mounting and stability.
• Mufflers: Custom-designed in-house with logo-stamped cases for a signature TSP look.
• Exhaust Tips: Adjustable 4” swivel tips, TSP-branded and laser-etched, available in Chrome or Black Chrome finishes.
• Brackets and Clamps: Features adjustable bent sheet metal brackets on the midpipe and Accuseal-style 3” and 2.5” clamps for a secure, leak-free installation.
